What do I do if I believe I have been charged multiple times?

If you notice multiple transactions on your banking website or application, we respectfully request that you wait a few days before reaching out to us. Depending on the bank and the type of card, a preauthorization may be placed on the account prior to the final payment being processed. This often appears as duplicate payments for the same item; however, the preauthorizations typically expire within approximately 48 hours. If you still observe the charge after this period, please submit a support ticket. Ensure that you include screenshots displaying the duplicate charges, along with the cart ID number from your receipt, the name on the credit card used, the date of sale, and the exact sale amount.
